Returns

 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

 

Final Sale Items

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Limited edition drops
  • Accessories

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

 

Return Shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
